The staff was not very welcoming which is such a shame when you're looking forward to a holiday and excited to arrive. The receptionist was quite rude about our arrival time and made us feel unwelcome.

Additionally, the parking provided was a huge bonus for us as we had rented a car, and we felt very safe leaving it in the closed yard. The hotel was situated in a quiet location, which was exactly what we were looking for.

The check, in process was quite strict with limited flexibility as we had to wait for our check, in time.
